Engraving Information for Your Personalised Tree Gift

The anodised aluminium plaques stand 30cm high with the plaque face measuring 11cm by 8cm. The maximum amount of text that will fit neatly onto the garden plaque is 5 lines with a maximum of 50 characters per line including spaces. You don't need to use all these characters, in our experience, less text can often look better.

If you would like your KeepStake to have a message engraved which is close to 250 characters, we suggest you choose the rectangular shape of garden plaque as this has a larger engraving area.

You can choose from three engraving fonts and we will adjust the size of the letters according to the amount of text requested. Messages with fewer characters will be engraved at the appropriate size to fill the plaque face to make your personalised garden gift look as good as possible. We will vary fonts as appropriate by, for example, using script font for a quotation.If there are less than 50 characters in the line of text which details the name, we will emphasise the line by using slightly bigger or shaded text to make this stand out.

You can choose to add a picture from our selection to the top of your plaque.

Care Instructions
For presentation purposes we blacken the engraved letters to make them stand out clearly for your personalised garden gift recipient or yourself. This black colour fades to grey within a few days of outdoor use, however the engraved letters are obviously permanent and will stand the test of time.

We recommend polishing the your personalised garden gift plaque 2/3 times a year with a beeswax furniture polish to keep it shiny and legible.
