To redeem a gift voucher, simply go the the online shop page, select gift voucher redemption and enter your gift certificate code in the following format "letters-numbers" e.g. abcd-1234

A standard gift voucher is valued at £29.99. You may choose anything to that value and add any extra payment if you wish to add optional extras like garden centre vouchers. There is no way on our system to store credit on your account, so make sure you use it all!
