When you have completed the order form, you will receive an email confirming your purchase and the engraving details required for your tree plaque. Please check these carefully and contact us immediately if there are any errors. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours of your order submission, we will assume the text is correct.

Your personalised tree plaque will then be engraved, and either wrapped in tissue paper or an organza gift bag. If you have requested that we complete a gift tag on your behalf, it will be handwritten for you.

Your KeepStake will then be placed in a padded bag and posted first class to your requested delivery address.
